BIBI-ECART is committed to protecting your personal and financial data. We collect only what is operationally necessary and apply the highest standards of data governance across all systems.

01 Data Collection

  • Only essential transactional and identity data is collected for payment processing purposes.
  • Card numbers are never stored — tokenization is applied at every point of card acceptance.
  • No unnecessary personal data is retained beyond legally mandated periods.

02 Data Sharing

Our refund policy is designed to protect both merchants and end customers, with clear timelines, transparent fees, and a dedicated dispute resolution team available at every stage.

01 Eligibility

  • Refund requests must be initiated within 30 days of the original transaction date.
  • Requests are submitted via the merchant dashboard or through our dedicated support channel.
  • Refunds are processed only for successfully completed transactions.

02 Processing Times

  • Credit & debit card refunds: 5–10 business days (issuing bank dependent).
  • Mobile wallet refunds (JazzCash, EasyPaisa): 1–3 business days.
  • Direct bank account refunds: 3–7 business days from approval.

03 Fee Structure

  • No additional fee for standard refunds initiated within 7 days of the transaction.
  • Refunds after 7 days may incur a processing fee per your merchant agreement.
  • Chargeback fees from the banking network are passed through at cost, no markup.

04 Dispute Resolution

  • Disputes are acknowledged within 48 hours of submission by our resolution team.
  • Merchants must provide supporting evidence within 5 business days of notification.
  • Final determinations are issued within 15 business days of complete submission.

By using BIBI-ECART services, merchants agree to the following terms. These terms govern the relationship between merchants and BIBI-ECART / Fresh Deal Zone and are subject to periodic review.

01 Merchant Obligations

  • Merchants must provide accurate business, identity, and banking information at onboarding.
  • Prohibited business categories are strictly ineligible for BIBI-ECART services.
  • Merchants are solely responsible for order fulfilment, customer service, and product quality.

02 Fee Structure

  • Transaction fees are set per individual merchant agreement agreed at the time of onboarding.
  • All deductions are fully itemised in monthly statements with zero hidden charges.
  • Settlement and maintenance fees, where applicable, are disclosed prior to contract execution.

03 Account Termination

  • BIBI-ECART reserves the right to suspend accounts engaged in fraud or policy violations.
  • Merchants receive a 30-day written notice for non-compliance-related terminations.
  • All outstanding settlements are disbursed within 45 days of account closure.

04 Modifications

  • Terms may be updated with a minimum 30-day advance notice to all active merchants.
  • Continued use of the service following the effective date constitutes acceptance.
